It’s dreadful round me in Hackney. It’s just become the norm for all the Lime bikes to skip the red light and go through the crossing. Wish they could tie them to the lights and immobilise them.

Great idea, wish I’d thought of this. I was caught 2 yrs running by Adobe. This year they graciously allowed me to pay £32 to end my contract one week early, even though I had already paid to the end of the contract. Disgraceful practices!

Your poor Mum, I hope she is okay. My post was silly but it's a genuine fear. It's become the norm for cyclists not to stop at red lights in London and electric bikes are so heavy.

When I first moved to London, my biggest fear was being caught up in a terrorist incident. Now it's being taken out by a 14 year old on a Lime bike doing 25mph through a red light while looking at TikTok.

I suck at all sports but I found my lifeline with running. Over the years it’s become the key to my mental heath. I still sort of hate it but the benefits outweigh the pain enough to keep running.
