..”hurry the fuck up” at the staff behind the bar (who were also black and Asian). Had to tell the old tosser to shut up. No angry or aggressive reaction by those on the receiving end of the abuse, but calmness. Felt incredibly sorry for them and worried about how far this could all go.

Such a satisfying win yesterday. Might be jumping the gun just a little bit in saying this, but as a 32 year old who only started watching Oxford on our plight to the Conference in the early noughties, BDK may be the best player I've seen grace an #OUFC shirt. The bloke is an absolute joke.

Phillips has been a better player under Rowett than he was Des, albeit in a strange position playing LB. He’s been heavily present during preseason, and is clearly in plans as he wasn’t part of the bomb squad (Thornily, Dale, Goodwin, etc). I have high hopes 🤞🏻

I've booked tickets to go and watch #OUFC play at the Kassam for the first time since... 2009 😂 2-1 against York City in the Conference. Been trying to figure out how many Oxford games I've been to since then... somewhere around the 40 mark, all of which have been away from home.
