Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 19/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire. One of the things I both love & hate this time of year is the number of mystical people who start the announce on social media that the veil is thinning. Because, if you truly stop, look, notice nature, it’s thin all year round. We’re just too wrapped up in work & life. 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 17/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where I write dark fantasy with romance. In my little book world where I’m trapped in edits, a non human soul has been bound to a family for too long, going from helpful to hateful and sucking the humanity from each male that becomes the heir of it, a spell lost to time… 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 16/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where mornings are now dark, streetlights glisten, puddles linger, snail trails criss cross, and windows are brightly framed glimpses into many different lives as you pass. Today is for book 3. Editing, polishing, & foreshadowing. 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 14/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire. Have you heard of the wild northern Urisk or Uruisg? He has a half goat, half human, unkept appearance. He differs from fauns & satyrs in his solitary nature. In summer he likes high mountains. He ventures down in winter, sometimes shelters overnight in remote barns. 130 3
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 12/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where rewrite fairytales & folklore into tales for adults. I love the gore and darkness of the original stories, the old woman who had her skin pulled tight with twine, heels & toes cut off to fit into a slipper… It’s almost an allusion to plastic surgery… 030 3
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 09/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where I write dark fairytales into reality. Where the FMCs have witchy powers & mobile phones, where sheep cluster on rocky hillsides but the cafes below offer excellent coffee, where friendships endure the test of time & lore abounds. 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 08/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire. The first few days of October were much like September until one Monday rolled around, the sky was darker, still clinging to the night. Tuesday stayed dark all day, bringing rain. Shadows no longer skittered around the edges but lurked out to stretch. I’m a writer. Hi. 140 4
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 07/10/2026Good morning, since so many of you liked me tree post yesterday I should probably let you know that I went on a deep dive into trees a few years ago. Birches are actually really good if you have poor soil, they help enrich the ground around them. What’s your favourite tree? 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 06/10/2026Good morning from autumnal Yorkshire. Did you know that the winged sycamore seeds that we throw in the air and watch spin to the ground are pollinated female fruits called samaras. In Celtic lore the trees were the ‘world tree’ one that connected the underworld, the visible present, & the skies. 040 4

Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 05/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire. Society is breaking down, the costs of living increases outpace earnings, the inequality & record profits visibly show us businesses don’t care, schools have less money than ever, we’re all tired because our nervous systems are constantly under attack from all angles. 210 2
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 02/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where I write dark fantasy with romance about witchy fmc’s. We’ve hit October, the sun sits lower in the sky giving beautiful golden light, lengthened shadows and earlier sunsets. Enjoy the golden realm for a couple of months. Have a wonderful Friday. 040 4
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 01/10/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where the kettle is always on, magic flows through the land, & the wind carries messages. Book 3 is reading ok on the (last?) edit. Hope your Thursday is fantastic & your plans go well. 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 29/09/2026Good morning from the dark skies of Yorkshire where the grass is wet, full of rain, and the teapot is full. There’s whispers in the village, a lifelong obsessive is determined to find out who the witch is. 000 0
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 27/09/2026Good morning from a writer in Yorkshire with a cup of tea. .Maybe your Sunday be filled with soft sheets, tea/coffee in bed, good books and a pen that writes beautifully. I hate pens that scratch at the paper & blob ink. Poor pens are what I wish on people I don’t like. 030 3
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 26/09/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where I write dark fantasy merged with romance. I hope you find a dark library haunted by a centuries old ghost with clues to a town vampire resident to spend your Saturday in. Have a fantastic day. 000 0

Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 20/09/2026Good morning from sunny Yorkshire. The kettle is back on after an absence. If you feel that you have to look backwards or over to a corner, don’t. You’re being watched, but don’t let them know you know. Movement that catches the corner of your eyes, shadows that shouldn’t be there… 110 1
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 18/09/2026Good morning from Yorkshire. The kettle is on. Do you know what never stops giving for my books? People. Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 17/09/2026Anyone leaving reform is one less facist in their party. We’re all going to make mistakes in life, the challenge is to learn & grow, not put down roots and stay stuck in that mindset. 110 1
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 17/09/2026Good morning from a corner of Yorkshire where I write dark fantasy with romance set right here. Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 14/09/2026Good morning from dark fantasy Yorkshire. The kettle is on, it’s a September Monday, make it as magical as you need it to be. 040 4
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 13/09/2026Good morning from dark fantasy Yorkshire. The kettle is on. We have a street called St Sepulchre Gate, as a & teen I devised a whole story about a hidden sepulchre underneath the city which had grown up & the gate that allowed access. & that’s pretty much how my imagination works. 020 2
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 11/09/2026Good morning from Yorkshire, the kettle is on, coffee is brewing, the quiet shift from summer to autumn is taking place in the evenings & the spiders are coming out to play. Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 10/09/2026Good morning from Yorkshire where there is a dark undertone to the picturesque village, but first, before we open the laptop, there’s a cup of tea in bed with a notepad to map out racing ideas and refine the structure of the last part of the plot. 070 7

Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 06/09/2026Good morning from a corner of Yorkshire where Neolithic culture is a niche interest, witchcraft has been the way since I was 3yrs old and folklore was never a story but a reality, a reminder of a time much older than we remember. Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 01/09/2026Good morning from a corner of Yorkshire devoted to not living in the real world, a place where I mix fantasy, folklore & feminism into dark magical realism, a place where rainy days are book days, labyrinths are mystical journeys, and magic becomes alive. 010 1
Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 30/08/2026Good morning from dark fantasy Yorkshire where consent is always required in my romances, witches aren’t afraid of their sensuality, & food is for the soul. Georgie St-Claire author @georgiest-claire.wsocial.eu · 23/08/2026Good morning from a corner of Yorkshire where darkness isn’t feared but recognised as important, where we know the light cannot exist with the shadows it casts, where every action is connected by unseen threads, and an author has a dream of one small village becoming a reader’s imagined home. 260 6
