Let my 13 year old daughter drive home from the bus stop for the first time today. We live on a rural road so there is no traffic. They have graduated licensing starting at age 14 here. She did great. A long way from when I used to let her sit in my lap and steer. They grow so fast.

My mother was always against cursing, in a very strict sense. As her Alzheimer’s progressed she stated cursing quite regularly. It was a clear indication of her loss of cognitive control. She also started doing other things that she was against, like talking with her mouth full. It was sad.
