After a viral comment on LinkedIn, the sudden attention motivated me to rewrite the blog post and clean up the dead links on this piece about accessibility. More specifically color (contrast). A kind reminder to designers that proper research is important. www.creativejuiz.fr/blog/en/user...

There is no “Myths of Color Contrast Accessibility” – Creative Juiz
Color contrast is not a detail you can skip. If you design interfaces, it is part of the job. And if you are used to low contrast ratios, yes, you are probably afraid of losing some of the beauty of t...

For the folks who know Copenhagen airport, the distance between gates is around 20 min walk when walking fast.

Traveling with #Luxair is always the same nightmare: - no communication - worth, contradictory info - delays (today, 2h and counting) In addition this time, I went from gate E6 to A27, in Copenhagen airport, because they changed gates last minute. At least I got some good shots while waiting.

My perspective at work is this: people often fail to see the wall right in front of them and end up walking straight into it. AI helps you move faster, but the wall is still there, and they still do not see it.

When I read those stories, what I mostly see is people with little or no understanding of the situation making poor decisions, only this time the scale involved more people and more money, so the consequences are more visible. Also, faster. Because AI is fast.

Update from traditional bank: I went to Post Finance, which offers great alternatives for start-ups and companies. For 2x the price /month. I had to fill in a looong PDF form, go to a post office, and the post officer told me there is an 8-week processing delay. How can Luxembourg be competitive?

It feels weird. I didn't start any activity yet, and got refused right away with absolutely no explanations. I think we are at this stage where automation went too far, and even client support is not able to provide info because they don't have any. I'll go back to traditional banking, I guess. 3/4

So I went to find another solution and tried Wise. Same exact problem except the onboarding process was way faster. As well as their refusal. Either way, they all asked for declarative info, but 0 supporting documents to justify the existence of the company. 2/4

I wanted to use a modern banking service for my newly created company. (Yay 🥳 btw) Tried with Revolut Business, went through steps to justify my own existence and all (all justified and fair to be honest), 15 min after my file was refused. Definitive decision. Support is mute and useless. 1/4

Yeah, it's kind of hidden behind "legal" and "data compliance." 😄 Maybe I'm just used to dealing with GDPR after years working in the insurance industry. 😅 I'm trying to build the product so users stay in control of their data from day one, rather than treating this as an afterthought. 🤞🏻

I'm building a SaaS, and surprisingly, coding isn't what's draining my energy. It's legal, VAT, accounting, payment processing, and data compliance. Building for Europe is great, but navigating 27 slightly different sets of rules is... an experience. 😅

Accessibility isn't an extra step you bolt on at the end. Design for people with disabilities, and you usually end up with something that works better for everyone. Less friction, easier to use, period. That's the whole point of UX. 🌍

Yes and not because: - it's not what this article says - the person has another view on the even principle of copyright and notion of property around art and ideas. (Which I defend too) - this stealing led to not only personal gain. So maybe, as the article mentioned: it's a complicated matter.

Cartier is well known for Luxury stuff, and also for Schroedinger cookies. Did you know that? What a craftsmanship!
A classic cookies popover with each cookie being set to a medium value between Off and On. Literally: the switch button is grayed out with the small dot-handle being between the 2 options. The main validation button says "Save and Close", the 2 others "Accept all" and "Authorize technical cookies"

I've implemented the ARIA Patterns directly as references into the skills to avoid a token-consuming browser search.

This auditor assistant can provide a report in markdown at first. My ultimate goal would be for it to generate a pre-report in a standardized JSON format for a tool I'm making. (Something like what EARL from the W3C was supposed to be)

What's good with skills is that you can pick the AI and coding context you want to use them 😁 Was your last sentence truncated somehow? The audit skills is to pinpoint issues using Claude (not Claude Code). It's supposed to be a real assistant to an accessibility expert auditor.

Accessibility experts, front-end devs, and anyone working with RGAA / RAWeb, I need your help. I’ve built some skills (for Claude Code): • Code skill → helps implement accessibility • Audit skill → quick scan of major issues in existing code They’re based on RAWeb & RAAM, compatible with RGAA.
