After a viral comment on LinkedIn, the sudden attention motivated me to rewrite the blog post and clean up the dead links on this piece about accessibility. More specifically color (contrast). A kind reminder to designers that proper research is important. www.creativejuiz.fr/blog/en/user...

There is no “Myths of Color Contrast Accessibility” – Creative Juiz
Color contrast is not a detail you can skip. If you design interfaces, it is part of the job. And if you are used to low contrast ratios, yes, you are probably afraid of losing some of the beauty of t...

Traveling with #Luxair is always the same nightmare: - no communication - worth, contradictory info - delays (today, 2h and counting) In addition this time, I went from gate E6 to A27, in Copenhagen airport, because they changed gates last minute. At least I got some good shots while waiting.

I wanted to use a modern banking service for my newly created company. (Yay 🥳 btw) Tried with Revolut Business, went through steps to justify my own existence and all (all justified and fair to be honest), 15 min after my file was refused. Definitive decision. Support is mute and useless. 1/4

I'm building a SaaS, and surprisingly, coding isn't what's draining my energy. It's legal, VAT, accounting, payment processing, and data compliance. Building for Europe is great, but navigating 27 slightly different sets of rules is... an experience. 😅

Accessibility isn't an extra step you bolt on at the end. Design for people with disabilities, and you usually end up with something that works better for everyone. Less friction, easier to use, period. That's the whole point of UX. 🌍

Cartier is well known for Luxury stuff, and also for Schroedinger cookies. Did you know that? What a craftsmanship!
A classic cookies popover with each cookie being set to a medium value between Off and On. Literally: the switch button is grayed out with the small dot-handle being between the 2 options. The main validation button says "Save and Close", the 2 others "Accept all" and "Authorize technical cookies"

Accessibility experts, front-end devs, and anyone working with RGAA / RAWeb, I need your help. I’ve built some skills (for Claude Code): • Code skill → helps implement accessibility • Audit skill → quick scan of major issues in existing code They’re based on RAWeb & RAAM, compatible with RGAA.

Closed captions were first developed for live TV in the 1970s. Who said digital accessibility is new already? Your website is just 55-year late. #accessibility #a11y

Use auto-complete attributes in forms to save user time. It takes a lot of time for disabled folks to fill in a form. It'll save them precious minutes and efforts, and will improve your overall usability. (I talk about that in my books) #accessibility #a11y

Avoid autoplaying sound. It disrupts screen readers and frustrates many users. I've seen folks rage quitting a website because of sudden sounds and confusion. You don't want that for your website, trust me. Instead, simply ask your users. #accessibility #a11y
