Really enjoyed talking climate, risk, & resilience with MBAs from all over the country at Ohio University College of Business' annual Leadership Development Conference. I found a number of lessons from decades of bringing together climate and security worlds had resonance in this context as well.

Lucky enough to meet Jane Goodall three times in very different settings. This was the first, hosting her at the Wilson Center in 2003 when she made the case to donors for meeting the diverse needs of communities sharing the same biodiverse ecosystem rather than a species specific approach.
