I hate when I’m scared to talk to people I have history with when I go through a battle with my own mental issues. It’s like gosh stop being so scared 😟 the most that can happen it’s distance or talking happens very slowly, I really hate when my mental health gets in the way then I drop off radar.

Im so darn happy my chiropractor gave me the ok to do phase 1 work outs today at my appointment I now feel like I can get back to being the big strong me that I use to be. I’ll be honest I lost myself and fell into a deep depression and distance my self from a lot of people.
