Absolutely. The 'chosen' disabilities aren't based on conditions but luck of the draw upbringing. No one I know with SD has had an easy time of it, nor do I believe RFK has. I bristle when folks make fun of his voice or need to blink when thinking/speaking. It doesn't excuse his politics though.
