Catching up on the Pitt and whew. If they'd had a trigger warning that there was a SA patient, I'd probably still have watched it but I wasn't expecting the SANE storyline and remembering all that. It's been 8+ yrs since I've worked with a SANE, and i didn't realize it'd still get to me

Thought it's right the season to repost my autumn Stede from two years ago!

Digital drawing of Stede from ofmd in modern clothing. He's wearing a chunky brown sweater and a leather midi skirt and brown leather boots. I've given him a mustache and geometric earrings. It reads "autumn vibes"

Photo. Man in a white shirt and black trousers lying on the beach. He is soaked through and his long black hair is wet. You can't see his face. There is a shipwrecked vibe to him.

Last art piece for the RBB this year, the one submitted for the prompt! Ed is in full Giselle mode, while Stede is acting as Albrecht, mourning at his love's gravestone.

A digital drawing of a cemetery in a forest at night. Stede is dressed in "old fashioned" clothing (accurate to no particular period), sitting against a gravestone that reads "EDWARD TEACH". In the background is a skeletal Ed, dressed in a bridal gown that is torn and dirty.

Another something from the RBB! Ed leading a group of undead through the graveyard, hunting down "guilties" and avenging lost souls! archiveofourown.org/works/917251...

Digital drawing of a group of undead/zombies in a dark forest. Ed is in the center, wearing a torn/shredded wedding dress. His skin is ripped off at places exposing his skeleton, especially his skull, spinal cord, and finger bones. Behind him are six other zombies in states of decay/shredded clothing.

Digital art drawing of Ed, portrait style from the chest up. He's wearing a white dress, his hair is half up with a sprig of lavender tucked in. He has garnet earrings. He looks sad, maybe a bit angry.

I went to my first Pride in 2023. I came out six months before that. I feel like I've learned and experienced so much in the last four years because of this little community built around OFMD. Reading this, I felt like I was in that cafe watching the news with Ed & Stede in 2015. #OurFlagMeansDeath

Drawing of Mary, Ed, Stede, and Lucius from Our Flag Means Death. They're dressed in modern fashions. Mary has her arm hooked over Ed's and Lucius has his arm over Stede's. Ed and Stede look surprised as Mary and Lucius guide them to an off screen destination. They're all older, greying and more wrinkled. They're happy.

Ughh insurance companies (at least in WA) are increasing audits/scrutiny and denying more services. So many therapists are going to switch to private-pay only because of this and it's SO important that we keep mental healthy services affordable to everyone!!!!! Who can spend $500/month on therapy?!

A digital drawing of Ed from ofmd, during his kraken era. He's wearing his usual leathers except his tummy is exposed and he's got his g-string showing. His eye makeup is more exaggerated and his eyes look wet. There are hears and stars and skills doodled around him. He also has a belly button piercing and a septum piercing.
