Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 10hThe Sagarmatha pattern was not finalized by the time open hostilities commenced. As a result, armies had to arm and equip their own frames. In the closing years of the Committee Civil War, observers often noted how much some of these wayward siblings had diverged. 17714 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 12hDeveloped in the last years of the Second Committee, the Everest pattern now known as the Sagarmatha experienced some of the bloodiest infighting ever witnessed in Union's history. Both SecComm loyalists and revolutionary forces fielded countless variants in fratricidal struggle. 16764289 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 07/10/2026The Sotoans might be the most evil ass country we've fought since Belka but goddamn their drip is insane. PA drawing from the same well of inspiration as my Harrison Armory dress uniform for Val last year. Great minds think alike. 😤 2623 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Hit credits on AC8. Really powerful show of force for PA and a truly excellent sophomore release after AC7's revival. It's fun to have an AC trying Something Specific and despite some hiccups, ends very strong. Also god what a gorgeous game. This game love planes more than you could ever know. 413311 0

Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 28/08/2026"Priority subject for termination, high on the list." Happy belated 3 years to AC6, the game that made me a believer again. Here's the full version of the art I did for the AC zine, Records Analysis @armoredcorezine.bsky.social. Glory to the Planetary Closure Administration. #ArmoredCore 324671 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 29/07/2026Look I love every version of The Major, but this version is heavily inspired by the manga and Masamune Shirow is famously *not* an ass man. 1110 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 25/07/2026The somewhat unfortunate thing for me is that when he hits, Eiichi Shimizu is actually one of the best to ever do it. His Linebarrels of Iron designs possess massive amounts of aura. An AU Gundam looking like this would have gotten me way more excited than what I've seen from XARX. 1329752 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 23/07/2026Also just to be clear I realize I'm the biggest hypocrite in the world considering one of my longest enduring mecha OCs is LITERALLY "bandaged robot with a cape and one fucked up arm." So feel free to say I'm full of shit lmao. I totally get it, it fucking rules when a robot rolls up like that. 820025 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 23/07/2026One millisecond of GM too. Not really feeling either of them, but I guess I was also initially skeptical of the GQ Zaku until I saw it in motion. 2111 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 21/07/2026It's my birthday, and boy am I starting to feel it these days. This year's been kinda slow on the art side of things but I'm truly grateful if you continue to enjoy my work. I'm going to keep doing this as long as you'll allow me. 39693225 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 13/07/2026Draw This, Then Die! does a wonderful job of exploring the power art can have over us, even "bad" or less "worthy" art. That all human creations possess the inherent capability to connect to the heart of another. Incredibly charming show that doesn't shy away from how much art can hurt as well. 0132 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 09/07/2026Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games has one gimmick, but that might be enough. But there's something off putting about the sterility of the SF6 footage. It reminds you this isn't just a celebration of the FGC, but also an ad for a product. How well they manage that balance may make or break it. 3321 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 09/07/2026*ANYWAY* Goodbye Lara feels in conversation with the new GitS. Both are anime interested in examining the aesthetics and stylings of previous decades, but with a modern lens and sense of style. Only reason it isn't the best looking anime of the season is because of how stacked the competition is. 2190 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 09/07/2026Real ones know Tomotsuka Haruomi is an elite tier pervert but even I cannot believe what the Dara-san of Reiwa anime gets away with. Is the show good? Eh. But Dara-san might legit be the hottest anime woman and it was immensely difficult to find even a handful of sfw screenshots. 1242 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 09/07/2026World is Dancing is a tremendous expression of artistry. As the internet's foremost Look Back liker, I'll always be a sucker for (often tragic) stories that examine the inherent meaning of being creative. It makes some bold choices in its first two episodes and I'm curious to see if it pays off. 1100 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 09/07/2026Fundamentally I think if you're not treating the current GitS as a holy shit 2(3) cakes situation, you are not a homie. I love what Science Saru is doing but let's not pretend Stand Alone Complex did not basically set an unsurpassable bar for tv anime back in 2002. 7532160 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 07/07/2026"Fiat Justitia" Working on something I probably won't be able to share for a bit so here's a teaser. I promise I still do art sometimes, in spite of everything. 915745 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 07/07/2026Surprising nobody, the new ghost in the shell is killer. Love the new(old) take on the setting, Science Saru have gone above and beyond with this one. 615717 0

Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 28/06/2026Local mecha artist too ass to keep playing Marathon solo, putting out the call to any mutuals/followers who want to play. Trying to learn Outpost on my own has been a meat grinder and I might never touch Cryo at this rate. 10634 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 27/06/2026Thanks! Yeah the base premise was a weapon that could be equipped by both infantry and 1/2 size chassis. The 1/2 size version takes advantage of the higher carrying capacity by turning it into a ridiculous handheld anti-personnel bullet hose. 2122 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 26/06/2026Artists, show me your guns! (Preview edition, I really should just post the full version of some of these already but I'm not quite ready yet) 6379104 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 25/06/2026If they make it to chapter 50 in the anime, that episode will basically be the make or break for me. It's her shining moment and one of my favorite chapters of the entire manga. 1230 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 25/06/2026Gonna call it now, Kanaeno stocks are going to shoot to the moon when the Fool Night anime airs. I better establish before everyone bandwagons, I found her first.😤 Maybe one of my favorite characters in anything out of the last few years, such a great combo of whimsy, compassion, and danger. 2553 0

Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 06/06/2026It's a subtle but important distinction. Some of the best looking gundams feature fairly restrained color schemes. But those small splashes of color where they do appear actually matter a lot for these designs and it's something I feel the Helix is missing. 160 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 06/06/2026Finally I will be extremely predictable and say I'd like to see more of that fake GM please. Who is this random pilot brave enough to just uppercut an alien dinosaur. 512221 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 06/06/2026My one gundam hot take for the day is if I must pick one overly greebled AAA style gundam design, I like the Gundam Helix more than the EX. AU setting helps justify the departure and while I really don't like how detailed it is, the silhouette and proportions work for me better. 9913 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 03/06/2026Don't know what to say anybody already hasn't, John Blanche was one of the greatest to ever do it. An inimitable master responsible for some of the most iconic pieces of ttrpg art ever created. Any of us who work in that space would not be here without him. 115847 0
Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 20/05/2026I drew this because I wanted to share that Rogue Albatross Mack's sidearm of choice is a customized Browning Hi-Power. It's a relic belonging to the House Vermilion armory that she is reluctant to let go of despite her current circumstances. 2675 0

Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 12/05/2026New Oshii Votoms looks good but what instantly got me is the bit where they draw their back mounted weapons and fire by inverting their arms 180 degrees. Great acknowledgement of the mech as human proxy adapted to be a better weapon than the human body was ever intended. youtu.be/uRClWlt6mKM?... 215841 0

Peyton @gee-man.bsky.social · 21/04/2026-SPOILERS FOR PRAGMATA ENDING- . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The thing you pilot at the end of the game is one of my favorite takes ever on the "not power armor, but barely a mech either" concept. When I have time to do more Lancer original frames, I want a 1/2 size that channels this vibe. 4310 0
