Time series plot of daily uses of the tags 'python', 'r' and 'sql' within the StackExchange ecosytem.  The trend for r has a gradual increase, peaks in 2020, and has steadily decreased since then.  Python has a similar shape but much higher peak, and much more dramatic drop-off.

🤔 Spent hours figuring out why my dfs were losing their col types when passed as params to .qmd. The issue: Quarto's serialization converts everything to chr columns! 😤 The solution? pass the file paths instead and let Quarto load the data itself 🎯 Is this documented anywhere? #rstats #quarto
