"According to city data, only 2% of the estimated 2,674 homes in need of repair have been completed. Since the team last gave an update on recovery in March, 19 new repair jobs have been completed" The #STLtornado report was given at the 9/30 Budget Committee. IMO, the item wasn't properly noticed.

Screengrab from the "past meetings" search tool on the SLDC meetings webpage. The image shows there was an LRA special board meeting scheduled for 9/24/26. The meeting was cancelled. Typically the LRA special board meetings are held a week prior to the LRA regular monthly board meeting. These special meetings are referred to by SLDC staff as "agenda preparation" for the monthly meetings.
The fact that no special meeting was posted between 9/24 and 9/30 points to the likelihood that a special meeting was held without public notice being posted on the city's website.

Data Center surprise: city officials belatedly decide they want SLDC to check the developer’s math. 👀 The #ArmoryDataCenter was approved by BPS & the Board of Adjustment without scrutiny of Steadfast City’s revenue claims. The developer’s initial pitch was made at a secret meeting in January.
