From NASA: Curiosity has delivered a new 360-degree panorama from Mars. “We’ve seen a lot of fascinating landscapes through Curiosity’s eyes, but this sea of polygons took our breath away,” said the mission’s project scientist. Zoom into the rover's latest views: www.nasa.gov/missions/mar...
Panoramic view of a desert landscape with textured ground and distant, layered hills. Part of the rover can be seen in the lower left. Reddish desert terrain textured with a pattern of small, hexagonal raised ridges. Part of the rover can be seen in the lower left. Layered rocks in the foreground and smoother, reddish, tooth-like hills along the distant horizon.A rocky hill about 20 feet (6 meters) tall capped with sand on the pointy top.

NASA image of the day Perseverance Stuns in New Selfie Credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech/MSSS www.nasa.gov/image-articl... #Mars 🧪🔭
NASA’s Perseverance rover recently took a self-portrait against a sweeping backdrop of ancient Martian terrain at a location the science team calls “Lac de Charmes.” Assembled from 61 individual images, the selfie shows Perseverance training its mast on a rocky outcrop in the foreground after creating a circular abrasion patch, with the western rim of Jezero Crater stretching into the background. During abrading, the rover grinds down a portion of the rock’s surface, allowing the science team to analyze what’s inside. The selfie was captured on March 11, the 1,797th Martian day (or sol) of the mission, during the rover’s deepest push west beyond the crater.

Orbital view of a cloud formation over the icy north polar cap of Mars. The main cloud formation sits in the lower part of the ice cap and appears bright white, shifting to a slightly dustier tone closer to the ice cap. It resembles cirrus like clouds, formed in patches and curved bands shaped by wind. The polar cap below shows a spiral like structure, bordered by rust colored terrain with a faint hazy appearance.
