Had a CT scan of my sinuses, and my doctor’s comment was the nicest way of saying I have a crooked-ass nose 🤣: “Your sinuses appear okay. you do have a septal deviation of 1.7cm which i think is pretty remarkable.”

I’ve finally hit my original goal of 170lbs, down from 210lbs! The before pic is when I first started (not technically my highest weight). Seeing the difference, I’m really proud of what I’ve been able to do. On to the next step in the journey!

Had this little guy follow me home while out on a walk. Took him to a vet and he thankfully had a chip. His name is Cheeze, about 8 months old and the absolute sweetest. He’s been reunited with the owner!
