New open-access paper with @SanchayanBanerj in Behavior Research Methods RCTs tell us what works. BriDGE helps show why and how: DAGs + causal discovery + GAMs + mediation in one workflow. R package included 👇 link.springer.com/article/10.3...

Sorry to miss #IBPPC2026 in Brisbane next week. eVisitor lodged on 25 August, still undecided — no info request, no correspondence, no outcome. Travel's off. I was due to present on i-frame vs s-frame interventions under model misspecification. DM me for the paper. Enjoy Brisbane.

New in JASSS: should behavioural policy target individuals or systems? An ABM finds s-frame seeding is more transformative and cost-efficient — and far more fragile. i-frame nudges win less but degrade gently. Not either/or: a portfolio. www.jasss.org/29/3/1.html

Behavioural interventions do not operate in a social vacuum. In a paper with Alberto Acerbi, we show that interventions can stall or cascade depending on how people learn from others. Behavioural policy must study diffusion—not only individual effects. www.cambridge.org/core/journal...
