Come on knee jerk reactions is a most Edmonton thing to do. I think they should keep the 104th one as that is very busy. 103rd and 105th could have the cycle shortened from 30 seconds ish to 25 seconds.

Finally some movement. Still wish the original proposal had gone through. Fingers crossed that retail life returns and thrives.

This is disheartening that the plan has long delays, likely costing more too. It is special when other jurisdictions have delays and increased costs in building. Maybe in this age of removing provincial barriers, we as a country could use Montreals example as a template for rail projects funded by Canada across the country. Take a page out of the China handbook. Reduce costs, build more with money saved.
