Brundt has a tendency to body-hop to get out of trouble, blending in with the locals if he needs to make a sneaky escape. His targets get very confused that their memory fails them at some parts of the day, and also confused on why they suddenly have a light stubble or some thicker chest hair.

Most prominently, if Brundt stays too long Overtaking someone, he can end up "dwarfing" them to a smaller size, or they could even start developing beard and body hair similar to a Dwarf. If Brundt so wishes, sometimes he can completely assimilate a target into his form, making them a part of him.

Or instead of the "puppet" effect, the user can instead completely overtake the body of their target, temporarily inserting themself into their body and moving them manually. This overtaking can have some permanent side effects; the target can end up looking like the user if they stay too long.

The first of the rings, Astvari, has engraved runes that spell two words in a language not known to many; "Dominate" and "Overpower". You've seen Brundt use the "Dominate" power before. If the wearer is of Astral blood, the ring resonates with the user to perform a powerful charm effect.

Figured I'd follow up on this old post with some bonus lore! Both of Brundt's rings have different functions; but they function as twins and empower eachother if both are used. They're ancient relics forged from moon-rock (meteorites) and Astral-aspected (space) dust infused into the composition.
