If you're like me and on iOS, and got locked out of 18+ servers, but you're classified as an adult, go into the discord web app and recheck the age restricted servers on iOS. Even if it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again. That should solve your issue. This whole thing is dumb as hell.

i hate this so fucking much. i try to go to bed at a reasonable time to get up for work and i just can't fucking sleep. bed is suddenly not comfortable. I'm not tired. upstairs neighbor is pacing around their bedroom and then decides to get into the squeakiest shower. brain will not shut up.
