The recent WPPR changes over in IFPA-land continue to demonstrate why it's a bad idea to have 2/3 of your staff also be in the pros. (Open and/or Women) I'll just stick to PRPA and helping out Steel Valley Pinball's stream... I'm better at streaming design and commentary anyway. 🙂

The decision to put Kaylee and Christina into the board probably helped NC... they're only (-6.8%) YoY. But adding Ashley in WA has done virtually nothing, which probably resulted in Leslie being added just last week. Still no political correlation. (IN, KY, MD, NY, ME, TX, NE are some examples)

After the events that took place at the Outer Banks... and the horrible response of the IFPA... I have decided that Josh Sharpe and his directors are no longer fit to lead the realm of competitive pinball. As a result, I will be greatly reducing my IFPA footprint next year. 2/

This year in pinball was pretty fun. I didn't win any tournaments, but I had a good time regardless. It was great to see many of my pinball buddies win some pretty prestigious tournaments. It also was marked a point of reflection for competitive pinball as a whole. 1/

If the IFPA wants to make a powerful statement, they should give this tournament a 0% TGP rating. Not only did the TD fail in addressing the incident, but most everyone else continued playing as if nothing happened. Therefore, all should be punished.
