When was the last time that you saved someone from homelessness? And I don't mean handing out a few bucks or donating to a cause. Actually doing it in person. This can include allowing someone to crash on your couch for a few days until they found a better place to stay.

So I took this movie, Macross: Do You Remember Love, home with me on BluRay and showed it to my mom over Thanksgiving. There were no English subtitles, but that didn't bother me as I knew the movie well. Since there was a lack of exposition, I had to pause it a few times to explain a few details. <3

In this image, brightness indicates high altitude. The numerous bright white "spots" and "streaks" are likely very high-altitude cloud tops of condensed convective storms. Auroras, appearing in red in this image, extend to higher altitudes above both the northern and southern poles of the planet. By contrast, dark ribbons north of the equatorial region have little cloud cover.
