"How to sway them" you could also just leave people the fuck alone about the one food that makes them gag? Why is "I need to change that!" your reaction???

hate people unable to minding their business when I say I don't/can't eat certain foods (a common vegetable and an uncommon fruit), as my body reacts to it (allergy and something similar ig). The reactions aren't severe. Why do I have to suffer ppl trying to "well, actually" me on this?

Earlier this year, Dr. Jane Goodall sat down for an interview for Brad Falchuk’s new Netflix series, Famous Last Words. The premise of the series is to interview people on the condition that the interview not air until the subject has passed away.

Bring the light. 🐍❄️🌟

Tattoo on a light skinned outer upper leg, close to the knee, of a blue snake with a dark diamond on its forehead wrapping around Neve's scepter, with its head reaching in the middle of the scepter's circle. Blue light comes out of it and it has a watercolorish blue background.

my first Veilguard run was as a Qunari Warden Mage and I couldn't have been happier with that choice. Love the concept and love it even more that the game even explored that! WARDEN GREY!! also: you can make some BADASS Arishok-reminiscent Qunari in VG! ...but they're still 1) short 2) ...Rook...

Veilguard may unfortunately have underwhelming writing but there were two dialogues that hit me pretty hard. Both where with Bellara and this is one of them:

"ranking Baldur's Gate companions by emotional maturity" with a 5-tier list... not sure why I clicked on this video, wasn't about to call it BAD, but I was already "eeh" when Astarion ranked at 4/5, higher than Karlach at 3/5... but putting Halsin higher than Minsc was the thing that made me go NOPE

also, uuuh, knowing about souls and old gods... why can people (Morrigan, Flemeth) carry spirit fragments as people with souls... so WHY do Grey Wardens die when they slay an archdemon, when there is evidence for a person with a soul being able to carry another's piece? Kieran's not soulless, is he?

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

btw I've kept saying that "Hey the Chant of Light is interesting re: the Blight if you replace "The Maker" with "The Titans" and "The Magisters" with "The Evanuris". I know the Magisters did exist but still, nice coincidence. I still cannot wrap my head around how the blight works as it does, tho

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

I am so, so sad that we did not get to see more of Kal-Sharok after all this time. Pretty sure that was a LOT of cut content. Also I'm still hhhhhhhhh about Harding feeling like a whole different (and LESS mature) person now but I've got nothing to say that no one else hasn't said already.

000

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

also re: Veilguard factions? We should've had a Kal-Sharok faction. SOMETHING dwarves but probably Kal-Sharok. Would be limited to dwarves but honestly, Non-Elf Veil Jumpers, or Qunari Crow or Shadow Dragon seem pretty ... hard to justify choices, too so eh

000

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

I played Veilguard as a Warden Rook and maybe I'm biased but faction-wise I think it's the best choice to feel connected to the story. Not just because of the Blights but how much time you spend at/with the Wardens (Evka and Antoine I LOVE THEM I'm glad they're my Rook's buddies by default)

my stitches were NOT removed today bc Dr wants the irritated wound to settle and the other one is... still a mess of hair skin and thread together with glue which SHOULD have come off like a week ago but somehow has not? I'm supposed to wash it off within 2 days now. Howwwww 😭

100

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

tomorrow I'm getting my stitches out. I hope that's the last time some doctor has to mess with it, but the wound has acted up the other day. I hope the whole cycle doesn't start again. I'm so tired of this.

000

Galaxkeys @galaxkeys.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

the past two weeks have been difficult again. might also have to do with medical problems but I'm. so tired of being weak and tired and scattered and depending on others so much. I feel like I'm being overly dramatic/whiny, so it's hard not to feel pathetic.
