I think my robot is trying to say that everyone should have a rich and rewarding holiday and future.

Reggie Miles aka R.R. Meisler @gadgets4kids.bsky.social · 29/11/2025

This is perhaps the best AI interpretation of one of my photos of my Retro Futurist sculpture work that I've collected to date.

My meter long #Retro-Futurist #Found-Object #LED-illuminated #rocket-ship #sculpture launches itself into #outer-space via an #AI #Image-to-Video program. This is what I had hoped to do with my sculpture endeavors. I wanted to create videos that starred my sculptures in short #adventures. #Art

My Corsair #Speedster #rockets into the atmosphere via AI #Image-to-Video #animation. I love what I'm #creating with the photos I've captured of my #Retro-Futurist #Found-Object LED illuminated #Sci-Fi #sculptures. A simple photo can offer one perspective of my work but this brings it to life! #Art

I stumbled upon an #AI #Image-to-Video #program that adds a #sound file to the mix.. I really enjoy the way that this one of my #Domeship #blasting off from its #landing bay turned out. #Art #Discover-Art #Retro-Futurist #Art-Sculpture #AI-Animation #Art-In-America #Outerspace-adventures #Futurism

I first created a photo that colored the #crystals. Then, I used that photo to create the #animation of the #eyelids moving. I had to be careful not to refer to this #robot's #eyes as "eyes." If I did, the #AI would interpret them as human type eyes. #Art #Art-In-America #Artwork #DiscoverArt #WIP

Nailed it on the first try. I used an AI #Image-to-Video function, along with a text #prompt to create this 5 second video of my #Retro-Futurist #LED-illuminated #Found-Object #robot #sculpture. Working on #animating the movements of this #robot's #eyelids using #image-to-video #animation. I love that I'm able to use photos that I captured of my #LED #illuminated #Found-Object #Retro-Futurist #metal-sculptures this way. This is what I've wanted to do with this sculpture series. #Art #WIP

After adjusting the prompt, I was able to achieve a much smoother take off for my #robot via its #hover-feet. I love that I'm being able to use still images of my #Retro-Futurist #Found-Object #LED #illuminated #metal #sculpture to #create #scenes and #animated #movement of my #artwork. #Art

This use of an AI platform to do the heavy lifting in terms of software manipulation to imagine what my real world sculptures might move like is something that I've been hoping to accomplish via a far more involved stop-action animation endeavor. It was exciting to see these results in minutes.

Reggie Miles aka R.R. Meisler @gadgets4kids.bsky.social · 15/11/2025

I used #AI to #animate the #Retro #Futurist #LED #illuminated #robot #sculpture that I built from the unwanted discards of our throwaway society. It uses its #hover #feet to take #flight. This is only my second AI assisted #video but I really enjoy the results it's achieved. #Art #Discover-Art

Like my other #robots, this one will be about three feet tall. It will be #free-standing, #tri-legged, and I'll endeavor to include #illuminated #hover-feet, as I have on my other #creations.
