A line of chao from baby to hero chaos chao all inspired by different stages of the Dratini line

The baby chao is light blue iwth dratinis nose and head fins. it has the bat animal trait where instead of legs there is a squiggly tail. the emotion ball is white

The Hero fly chao is blue with horns, white phoenix wings, two head wings, a white halo, an orb on its chest, and like the baby chao has the bat trait where the legs are replaced with a tail that has 2 blue orbs on it

Hero Fly/Fly chao is larger and bulkier with dragon like claws for hands and feet, dragon tail, and dragon wings. Its orange with white and green along the edges of the limbs. The halo is yellow

The Hero Chaos chao iis orange with the tips of the arms and wings having teal/green color added to them. a white horn on the forehead. a blue halo with dragonites mega stone floating inside of it. a long tail with a green orb at the end and green scales leading to it

Did you know? When porting the chao gardento HD consoles (PS3 XBOX PC) there was a glitcha ffecting shiny two-tone chao and shiny jewel chao that caused them to appear glowing brightly, which is where they got the community given name "Bright chao"

below is an example of a normal shiny two-tone chao vs a bright chao

The CHao's evolution or primary color can still appear however it'll be washed out or in some cases given an interesting neon look.

Fun fact: I personally am a fan of how bright dark chao lool. a lot of them look like theyre under black light and i think thats neat :3

I know there are people out there who aren’t a fan how Final Fantasy have been going towards the photorealistic approach in later entries, but the seeing how DLSS 5 can truly bastardized a game’s original art direction into something unrecognizable means there is such a thing as going too far.
