Game studios shouldn't be allowed to have an "ultimate edition" if it doesn't include all future DLC. "Ultimate" literally means "the greatest extreme: maximum" As in EVERYTHING. Releasing an Ultimate Edition then releasing new stuff that isn't in it? False advertising, far as I'm concerned.

fuck it i'm just going to indulge myself and rant about how deeply hateful, how insulting, how utterly selfish and genuinely cruel DLSS 5 is as a concept and technology how can you be a person and DO this to art? www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8EJ...

DLSS 5 is an insult to life and art itself

if you made art this year, you did well. a sketch, even if it was scrapped ; a poem, even if it was deleted — mattered. you put thought to paper, you engaged with the creative alchemy of turning feeling to something tangible. doesn't matter if you weren't productive "enough." or good "enough."

hill I will die on: stop making storyboard artists ANIMATE unless they already have either insane draftsmanship or the prior experience of animating traditionally - let's face it EVEN THEN - it makes absolutely zero sense for them to put in work for something that COULD be thrown away later

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio
Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024

By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved

With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1

For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1)

And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2
