Sketch of Barnbougle Castle. The current building dates from 1881, the original building was constructed in the 13th century by the Mowbury’s a Norman family (what did the Normans ever do for us?). Yesterday for the second time I had a 5k cycle on my partner’s electric Brompton. Woke up early due to discomfort in my heart area. I felt fine when I was cycling plus most of it was downhill. So was completely unaware of exceeding 155bpm which should be my max. No bike for now 🙁 Off to talk to Doc…
