Context: these were the same expired EB100, shot months ago at dyke march. Quite blue biased, especially in the scans. But I think that's an issue with LFL's scanning - when I viewed the slides in a viewer with a tungsten bulb, they were satisfyingly warm, but lacking a bit of saturation.

Cos then the base is hot and you need to use mitts to screw the top on

Excellent - yeah I use a Moka pot too, and my kettle has a digital temp setting, can't wait to give this one a go, cos so far I've just been using 100C

Coffee bimbo here - what temperature should the water be at?

I know this is at least in part about me, I'm really happy we got to have that conversation ♥️♥️🥺🥺

(this is also a huge incentive to shoot on cheap legacy glass - still good enough to get any shot you need, but can ultimately take a beating when the cards are down)

And if you obsess over keeping a camera in perfect condition, you will never use it to its full capabilities because you aren't taking risks.

the a7RII is there for you whenever you need it 😘💜

000

Same workflow here - with film, you lock an entire *idea* into place for the shoot, which usually forces your hand to make some really cool decisions.

It's genuinely life changing. The extra stop of light you get from a prime lens is totally irrelevant when your sensor takes usable pics at 25000ISO
