We mask at home if someone comes down with something too & it keeps me healthy. My 9yo has a mild cold right now & you know what's better than being sick? Wearing a mask 😷 (especially since I have long covid triggered immune system dysfunction)

I will never forget freshman year in the dorms & my new friend that lived on my floor was in chemistry with me. She came to my room DISTRAUGHT asking me what "dinee trojan" was while studying for 1st test. It was dinitrogen. We had a good laugh for the rest of the semester over that one

What I want to do is clean my room & make art. What my body needs is me to rest & do nothing. What reality will make me do is tons of medical admin work. Anyone who thinks being chronically ill is relaxing & not endless tedious work stealing your time + capacity to do fun things is dead wrong.

Did you know if you've had a baffling text interaction with, let's say, an emotionally stunted boomer, you can plug it into chatgpt & get help deciphering their intent. I got a 2 page psych eval out of it that rocked my world with its accuracy & insights.

Oooof I'm impressed! That's no easy task. I convinced a die hard fox news loving rich boomer white man (dear friend's dad) to support gay marriage when fighting for the state rights back in 2012/2013. He told me years later I changed his mind & I've been riding that high ever since 😅🥰
