Spent time with close friends over the weekend, had a lot of fun. We ate at Yard & Coop (yes I know, a fox & his chicken). Played some party games in the eve. And got a really nice birthday haul from them. I think they know what I like. Big thanks to all of them for a great weekend ^^

Back home from Scotiacon today. Really had a lot of fun, didn't get to do everything I wanted, but I still enjoyed myself. Also helped in the casino event on roulette, was a bit nervous, but once I got into it I had a lot of fun. Very glad I booked tomorrow off work as well to recover though X3

Its a year today that I lost Vrek, plus my Dad 5 months before. Its honestly been the hardest time of my life, but I'm incredibly thankful for my family & friends that have held me up this year & kept me going. Even just the little things like visiting for games have been <3

I joined a board game club this year & I've ended up playing a lot of new games. So I used Pubmeeple to get a ranking of them, top 5 weren't a surprise, but some of the newer ones I've played this year are higher up than I thought they'd be, looks like I'm buying more games!

Had a rough couple of days, came down with a fever Sunday afternoon, since then I've 'slept' for about 16 hours. Had to call in sick at work as I couldn't focus on anything and I was shivering/shaking so much I couldn't even pour myself a drink without spilling it. Thankfully its mostly passed now.
