The tech industry's AI obsession makes so much more sense once you realise it's basically just a way to turn all computer use into a subscription. The use of AI is a slight of hand they needed to implement because no one would otherwise agree to pay per word when writing an email.

I leave my comic's fate to the Webtoon recommendation algoritm and hope for the best, which isn't ideal but at least less painful than "hustling". I know some creators have achieved massive readerships through TikTok and I admire their drive,but trying to sell my work made me despise what I created.

Any true crime involving dramatizations or "re-enactments" is a No for me as I don't need (or want) to "see" the crime take place. To me such things feels like fictionalising reality rather than making it more real, and thereby transforming it to entertainment.
