Hades II art style study, made a little diorama to try and recreate. I can't draw to save my life though, so it's all shaders. #godot #hades2

Yeah, once it's stable and the worst bugs are fixed it'll be open sourced to git for anyone interested to play around with.

Side project adapting azgaar.github.io/Fantasy-Map-... as a Godot plugin, first iteration starting to produce serviceable results but needs more work. #godot #godotplugin

Inspired by this youtube vid; www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVWY... Decided to try and recreate a similar system in Godot, honestly getting the recognition system to cooperate is quite the pain, but fun experiment over all! And on it goes~ #godot #indiedev

Adding some accessibility options while waiting for artist to deliver on assets for VN project. Got a simple post processing shader for colorblindness~ Still need to finish text customization and font selection! Any suggestions for good dyslexia friendly fonts? #vndev #indiedev #godot

v2 of temp sim system, working a lot better with compute shading for calculations, still need to work on blending chunks, but all in all good progress I'd say! #indiedev #solodev

VN update: Got rollback & rollforward working, with branching "reality" when advancing from a previous point. Need to fix up background transitions, always more work to do. But hey, be proud of what you've achieved! Baby steps y'know? #vndev #indiedev #godot

Had a weird dream last night about developing a VN with interactive dialogue box. Threw together a quick prototype. For sure an interesting concept. #vndev #indiedev #godot

Date selection scene is coming along swimmingly, still lacking the whole refine and polish part. But hey, at least the functionality is there! Passing along signals and all~ #visualnovel #godot #vndev #indiedev

Finally managed to get a save-load system in place, along with a feng shui minimalist options menu. How do people keep track of their code? I'm starting to get lost in this wavey-web of spaghetti code, despite my best efforts to not get it all tangled up. #vndev #indiedev #godot #visualnovel

Top right corner is just a constant heat source, equally black square in bottom left is a constant heat sink, so given enough time they would reach an equilibrium. In theory at least~

Hiya folks! Fresh dev here. Chancing to achieve my dream of game dev, hope some of you can find interest in my journey here as I'll attempt to go from zero (no prior dev experience) to hero (release a decent product) using Godot for the VN market!
