The fact the gap between SM1 and SM2 is real time but the gap between SM2 and SM3 is like a couple months confused me so much as a kid Everyone in SM3 acts significantly older than they did in the last film but canonically they're still in the same calender year

Most books are written for the trade anyway so they just feel like a small part of a whole I think this mostly comes from the big 2 (esp Marvel)'s willingness to cancel any series that doesnt instantly sell amazing (It also leads to smaller characters like Silk never getting ongoings)

3) (obligatory spider-man take) We need more large lens representation in Spidey media. Im pretty sick of every designer saying they want to go back to "ditko or romita" since its not a unique idea anymore considering literally every adaptation does that now

1) Comics need to ditch the monthly format and release by volume or learn how to make a single issue feel like a satisfying story again 2)Iron Man comics pre-2000s are overlooked and have some of the best character work ive seen in an ongoing title

I am the sole spider-god defender because tbh it wasnt linked to spider-verse for a good 14 years after its creation Its just a harmless addition that neither negates or contradicts previous stories but adds another layer of possible mythology

they do wanna kill eachother #spiderman #marvel

The Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) laughs maniacally surrounded in flames, his mask has holes that let us see his eyes piercing out, his pupil is slit like a snake's, his bright white teeth stick out from the darkness of his mouth.

Spider-Man (Peter Parker) screaming in anger while fighting the Green Goblin surrounded by flames. He wears his classic suit with web-wings; the lenses on his mask are reflecting the environment; his mask is ripped, letting us see half of his face, dripping blood from the fight.
