Was going to stream the new STALKER2 DLC but my weapons seems to be being rendered on the N64 for some reason.

13 years ago today I took this picture, excited for the future of android gaming... it wasn't all that bad really, I mean it was pretty shit, but I had some fun with it.

@kermodemovie.bsky.social @simonmayo.bsky.social @kermodeandmayo.bsky.social I think AI is a terrible thing, but it is tremendous at making people into muppets. I was watching your latest podcast and the urge became too much for me - I blame the heat. Hello to Jason.

I mean, that's the most honest 4th wall break Kojima has put in a game.

With the Steam controller being available, its sent me down a rabbit hold of PC pads I had growing up, those were the good (arguably bad) old days. Here's a few #retro #controller #steamcontroller

I do slightly miss non uniform pc controllers, this SideWinder pad saw me through hundreds of games (mostly roms, lets face it)

Diving into new (to me) old games is way more exciting these days than new IP, I don't think there will be many games that capture the ambition against limitation of the old-school era. May @gog.com continue their fantastic work! #retro #gog #dos #rpg

This confused the hell out of me, I don't think the in game clock compensates for the Switch's sleep mode, I'm about 7 hours in #kotor #starwars #switch2

I have already gotten more enjoyment out of my new 2DS XL than I have my Switch 2, I do hope for a remaster of Shin Megami Tensei IV

I've been looking to rebuy these for ages to play Deadspace Extraction, happened to find the lot for £14 in a second hand shop! They feel brand new so that's a win.

QotW: I have never played a DK game, it is a complete blind spot for me. So my only real reference is an awful looking GTA 5 mod I saw where he has the proportions of a human. I believe there was also a mod for Resi 4 which replaced the giant orge with DK sporting a massive erection. Hilarious.

I think it says something about me that this is my favourite part of Mass Effect 2. I've not played it since release, I never liked it as much as the first, still don't - it's no longer an RPG, crap combat. But I want to finally finish 3 and I can't not take a character through from start to finish.
