This dandelion flower is white It really is a marvelous sight Not yellow but instead Shot in infrared Makes a different kind of delight

A photograph I took of some designs my daughter and I made one day by mixing the different colors of glitter glue she had on some construction paper. I then took these pics with a macro lens and I think it almost looks like space in some parts. Was a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon.

This is a black and white photograph I took a few years after the wind turbines came in around the Altoona, PA area. Thought it was a neat composition getting the old smokestack with the turbines. I believe the smokestack has since been demolished (IIRC). There is a lot of noise in this image as I took it with a cheap Olympus E-PL1 with a 17mm pancake lens that I carried for a while for just in case pics like this as I was traveling between PA and MD.
