Poem title: Flux
What word is that?
Constantly confused with indecisiveness,
Or worse, betrayal,
Sometimes attributed to self-preservation,
Sometimes to being cunning,
But when the justice of fate rises the gavel,
Its powerlessness is magnified,
So hear me, you scoundrel,
You wastrel, pathetic reason for a being,
When the world turns to dust,
History will remember you,
As the leech of opportunities,
And not a benign survivor of chances,
So be all the flux you can now,
The light at the tunnel will embrace you fast,
Whether it is a portal for peace? You ask?
Definitely the malediction preceding a monster,
An acidic prelude to an arid future,
Where histories of a good few will fail to last.

When the Gloved Hand Waved Goodbye
Written on APRIL 28, 2026

The servers hum, collating grief in clean, numeric rows;
Sudan is starving in the dark—a twenty-year eclipse—
While Gaza wraps its smallest bones in shrouds of sudden dust.
In Kyiv, winter holds its breath; in Mandalay, walls crack open
And Delhi gasps beneath a dome stripped bare of ancient shade.
Now Michael flickers on the screen, a blockbuster of ghosts,
A cinematic moonwalk smoothing out the human clay.
He begged us once to heal the world, to face the man in the glass.
We buy the ticket, hum the peace, and weep inside the dark,
Then step out to the treeless heat, and let the embers catch.
The servers hum. The rows grow long. No one logs off.
