some stern judgy looks as i put on an accent for a very strange episode of “dave talks at birds” #birds #video this was earlier in the afternoon, but as i drove past it going home he was back in there which leads me to believe he’s not part of the light-nest. osprey lead such interesting lives.

melts my heart every time i hear them fweet! the indignant look i got was worth accidentally scaring them. i need to keep more chipmunk treats when i walk this trail. #mammals #chipmunk #photography i didn’t even see a single bird because the osprey were fighting over the tower again😑

when i first located them i tried not to move and i couldn’t angle the brush out of the way but i think it looks cute and conveys the size of the chipmunk on this stick

i move a bit to get a better angle and the chipmunk also kinda perked up in response! what a little diva i love this pose!!!

stubborn isn’t the word, when i visited the ‘nest’ it looks like mother nature knocked all the sticks off. #birds #nature #chargingstation i had a very good sunday birding

as i approach the ‘nest’ i get a polite stare down from the osprey

i love the stern look when they are front facing, an osprey who doesn’t like how much i am ignoring this is his house

feathers ruffled i thought he was getting posed but he just started grooming his inner wings

idk this osprey looks more like a demonic fish eating puppet, an osprey sitting on this power pole trying to make it a home.
