Yesterday, a District Court judge ruled that 1) non-citizens do have a right to free speech and 2) that Noem and Rubio violated those rights. So, Hegseth's order limiting what the media can write should be an easy win, a slam dunk 1st amendment case. Has anyone media organization filed a suit?
