It is definitely more legible than say the trog 😂 & I definitely like the idea behind it. Figured to mention something regardless though. Experiments are good, it's how things evolve after all. Hope my feedback did not come across as a complaint. I did feel like Grum from Old Dwarves writing that.

This is a bit of an awkward question with no easier way to say it (I think, sorry 😅). But is the font choice for "Poor Chemistry" an experiment? or a general new choice? I'm LOVING "Poor chemistry" but it has been so visually difficult to read the new font 🙁 for some reason.

If you plan to attempt a Wayland only experience AMD is your best bet. On X11 with latest drivers NVIDIA should be doing better although I hear it is fairly good on Wayland too (for new cards only) but not on the level that AMD is out of the box.

Entirely understandable on the later two, it can take a bit to adjust or some never do at which point you might opt for them to call you differently. Just 2 common choices as far as non Meta options go. Telegram is more on the sticker / custom bot / mini apps fun side but full of cryptostuff. Signal is more on the privacy conscious side I guess which means less of the "more fun" features if they can't do them in way that aligns with that.

So in @aitum.tv's Discord, where we handle support for both the paid product and the free plugins, we've tried several revisions of idiot proofing the support flow. Does anyone tech or customer support have ANY tips? People just ask for help everywhere except the place we want them to...

In Discords / Similar platforms, I work with we tend to just delete the request and redirect the user either to repost in the appropriate section or just disregard its existence. Unsure how feasible that is for your situation though. Warnings some times do help but not excessively much really.
