I'm told that it can happen to anyone.

My usual treatment for that is hypobaric physio (a hike in the mountains). Might I suggest hyperbaric therapy with saltwater humidification (aka walk along a beach)?

My guess is to remove the individual's name and picture from _all_ pages. I found an unlinked page by googling.

It seems like they just took down their website.

It would depend on which definition you mean. 😈

That reminds me that ISED (Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) has decided that search and rescue is not a first responder organization.

Here’s the most incredible story you’ll read today. A small plane with four people aboard crashes in a field. Another pilot witnesses it. That pilot happens to be flying a bunch of skydivers. They offer to jump to assist, are given permission. The skydivers happen to be EMTs. Everyone survives.

Skydivers alert emergency crews, assist after plane crashes near East Troy airport

Four people were aboard the single-engine plane when it went down in a cornfield near Carvers School Road in East Troy at about 1:30 p.m.

He sounds like the annoyed ex boyfriend. "I don't need anything from you." We should stop sending stuff.

This made me wonder about body doubles, specifically, what would happen if a double dies rather publicly?

I think we have all the pieces; we're just one techbro away from "It passed all the unit tests, why should we do an integrated test?" Then we'll have the Torment Nexus. James Cameron will be so disappointed.

I used to be in ground SAR a couple of decades ago. Did airside since 2002. Now I'm working w/ my old team to combine it.

I'm the RPAS lead for CASARA in Calgary and frequently communicate w/the local Ground SAR team (Foothills SAR). It's going to be a role that's needed.

Fair. I'm looking at getting my Air Operations branch director qualification.

Orin @freshsqueezed.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Air Ops, do you have your ICS Air Ops branch director qualification?

Much lower risk of losing sovereignty than dealing w/ our southern neighbours at the moment.

This is the most reasonable explanation I've heard.

Generally speaking, you never want to see the onboard footage.

I'd say that ICE didn't want something that kind.

I'm also pondering re-braining some LED clocks I have so they can sync via NTP, GPS, or other sources.

I might have to try building a few of these.
