🔥 “Center Stage” 🔥 Carissa has a way of commanding a room without saying a word—strength, attitude, and effortless presence wrapped into one perfect moment. This portrait captures her exactly as she is: bold, magnetic, and unapologetically herself. @freshcinnamonrolls.bsky.social

🖤 “Shadow & Silhouette” 🖤 There’s something timeless about the way light wraps around Carissa in this moment—soft, seductive, and beautifully restrained. Black and white strips everything down to emotion, and she carries the frame with nothing but presence and poise @freshcinnamonrolls.bsky.social

“There was once a man who lost his shadow. I forget what happened to him, but it was dreadful. As for me, I've lost my own image. I did not look at it often; but it was there, in the background, just as Maurice had drawn it for me.——-

——A straightforward, genuine, "authentic" woman, with out mean-mindedness, uncompromising, but at the same time understanding, indulgent, sensitive, deeply feeling, intensely aware of things and of people, passionately devoted to those she loved and creating happiness for them.——-

And there’s been writing but mostly editing because there has been too much writing and feeling and here is some of it 💌 these are rejected parts of edits that felt displaced in the greater poem so they were trimmed out, but I like them as they are like in this patchwork poetry reject pile

I was going to the beach but then I had a panic attack and then it started raining and now I’m good and the storm is over and I think I’m just going to cook and cry instead This is the abyss I choose to scream into today I should probably leave the house tbh But, Eh 🤷‍♀️

Random Rock Song Of The Night Dust In The Wind by Kansas This was the second big hit for Kansas, following "Carry On My Wayward Son." With two hits under their belt, they were able to headline arena rock shows into the late '70s. #ClassicRock #ClassicVinyl #RockNRoll youtu.be/tH2w6Oxx0kQ?...
