Saw some people post their entries for @frenchteapot.bsky.social's fakemon contest and figured I'd join in! These are Arcota (Ice) and Frosterna (Ice/Flying) 😊 They're based on arctic terns, which roost in a myriad of places, one of which are the Copeland Islands off the coast of Ireland.

I should actually post things publicly when I make them!!!!! I made this for @frenchteapot.bsky.social ‘s contest for her pokemon region and I went with a folktale about a pike who’s jawbone is turned into a musical instrument \o/

Did it! Met Andrew Wincott. 😄 Was a bag of nerves and forgot everything I wanted to say/ask, but he was so lovely and chatted away. He very kindly signed my drawing of Raphael, which I had to quickly redraw this morning since I couldn't find the original. 🤦🏻‍♀️ #andrewwincott #bg3 #bg3raphael

I've been following French's Fire Red Nuzlocke for AGES (I think I was still active on Deviantart when I picked it up), and it wrapped up a few months ago. So I consider this attack a belated congratulations!! The Four Rocket Bros for @frenchteapot.bsky.social #artfight #pokemon

Hi! I really like this platform, but I keep forgetting to post here 🫠 but hello, I’m still here! Here’s a sketchbook page I did this morning, feat my favourite pen atm 💖 I’m trying to sit down with my sketchbook every morning before I get stuck into work, and it’s a really nice way to start the day

Photo of an open sketchbook on a colourfully messy desk. The pages and blobbed with yellow and orange paint first, then drawn over the top of using a really dark green/black ink. The pen I use is resting on the page and I’ve written below “I love this pen. Sailor Fude fountain pen”. There are drawings of cute, illustrated flower people and bugs. The energy is playful and silly and cute
