I think some of us are quite envious to have nature so nearby. Then again, if like me there is no nature nearby, I can suggest to just recreate some nature inside and surround yourself with plants 🪴

Thanks for cleaning the beach. Even on supposedly naturist beaches people are often not respectful of nature. I usually pick up cigarette butts, and once, just in the 2 meters around me, I picked up almost 30.

It’s really worth reading Lucas article. I believe all men can relate. What I appreciated especially is the realisation that you can still use humor while talking about your body, but as a self confident nudist or naturist you do not need humor anymore as a shield to protect yourself. Thanks Lucas

First nude beach advice: don’t force confidence. Choose an easy place, read the rules, bring a towel, give people space, and let the first ten minutes be quiet. Arrive, look around, pick a calm spot. Often fear fades when the real beach is simpler than the one you imagined.

Where I live it’s rainy, cloudy and notably fresher than this exceptionally hot and dry summer. And we do not have many places to be naked in nature anyways. So my experience is different. Only naked at home 🏡 but this autumn another visit to the naturist beach or a naked hike in Spain is planned. ☀️

The amigos @aapncantarrijan.bsky.social of this beach recently held a cheeky protest to protect this secluded cove. “Spanish law decriminalised public indecency decades ago and nudism is technically legal on any public beach across the country.”

I agree and also what is made clearly in the article, it is less segregated from the rest of society - unlike elsewhere. I remember my visit to the Carolus Thermen in Aachen where grand parents brought their grand children and had a nice and relaxing time together in a completely natural way.
