Yesterday I shared a short reel. Today, it’s just images and sounds (or rather silence) of the naturist lake at sunset. The water was gorgeously pleasant and the atmosphere serene. Really the best of being #nakedinnature

I was afraid there would be too many tourists. Fortunately, on the trail it became quiet fairly quickly. Once we saw this spot and an empty trail ahead, it was time to strip down. I managed nearly nine kilometres of naked hike.

It was a real naked hike scenario. You park in a busy tourist village, Frigiliano, you walk towards the river trail, see one couple of hikers, then another, then a family, then the forest service cleaning up debris and then you see it. There is nobody there anymore: naked hike! #nakedinnature

I was already in my late 40s before I felt ready for my first nude hike 👇 I believe this was my first nude hike where I walked more than just a short trek. Almost a full hike if I remember correctly. It was exactly like described in the article ☀️🥾

Today’s hike was a real adventure. With easy and difficult stretches. For about half the trail I had the chance to go naked and it was a liberating feeling, so happy again after a long winter. #nakedinnature A bonus on this trail, the Roman Baths at the end. Not naked but refreshing nonetheless

That was an early hike. We got up before dawn to drive to this valley nearby Marbella to beat the summer heat and enjoy a tranquil and easy hike. We miscalculated our timing and arrived a little too early and realised it was too fresh for a skinny dip. Next time.
