Award-winning filmmaker Arfat Sheikh is released from ICE detention on bond after being detained on Sept. 24, according to a statement by a campaign of his friends and relatives to free him. DHS says that Sheikh was arrested on Sept. 24, adding that he “illegally overstayed his lawful admittance.”

This ICE flight has landed in Nairobi. Now watching for local charter flight to Mogadishu like there was two weeks ago. Migrant passengers onboard since Alexandria, LA, have been shackled for at least 22 hours. From Gitmo, for at least 17 hours.
