Colleen @free2l.bsky.social · 13/08/2026Hey #genealogy and #history community. Is there anyone who might be able to go to the California state archives for a some volunteers at an abandoned cemetery in the state? I really need to see what info a court case has, but we don't have $450 to pay for the 1800 pages. 🙏 014

Colleen @free2l.bsky.social · 31/07/2026I am volunteering at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Carson, CA. It was abandoned by the owner because of ill health. We are starting the process of digitizing the grave cards. We are at 455 people indexed so far. That is out of 20 acres. We've got a ways to go. #genealogy #BlackGravesMatter 040

Colleen @free2l.bsky.social · 19/05/2026Went to the county today do to some research on the cemetery I volunteer at.
