Can someone ask CBS News why Ted Koppel said that "Bannon's technically correct; they didn't have standing" in the 60+ cases Trump and his allies lost in 2020. This is verifiably false and is a GOP talking point. Many/most of the cases Trump lost were on the merits. Do they not fact check at CBS?

Wouldn’t he have to give up ownership to make it an official government property? Can he legally set it up as a government rental that his family benefits from in perpetuity? Either way, it’s disgusting and absurd and will hopefully never come to fruition.

It’s beyond naive to recommend an A.I. “kill switch”. It doesn’t exist. It isn’t a power plant that can be shut down. We’re so far past that now. Hochul should know better. Yes, we need guardrails but we must understand the magnitude of what we’re up against. The more you know, the bleaker it gets.

Learning to read wasn’t easy for me as an ADHD kid. I couldn’t sit still if you put a gun to my head. But my teacher got me. She asked “what do you love?” That was easy: sports and animals. She smiled and said “I have the perfect author for you.” That started my love affair with Beverly Cleary.
