It turns out that CDPR did, in fact, somehow Cyberpunk it. Graphical glitches, stuttering, screen tearing (and no Vsync option???), skill tree is apparently redone but doesn't feel like it is, combat is still floaty. Very weird. I guess I'll give 'em a little while to sort out the mess.

I have realized that I can physically and mentally feel when the meds are beginning to run out in my system. It's so weird - the familiar constant noise slowly creeps back, executive function morphs into dysfunction, I get very sleepy out of nowhere, and my mood shifts. Brains, man

I feel like my next step in my ADHD medication journey is to figure out when I am actually doing TOO MUCH, since the meds are making it really easy to just kinda... keep going forever Like I will need to schedule some downtime with meaningful resting instead of anxious periods of stress vibration
