I’m a straight white British man and I’m not discriminated against as Rupert Lowe-Life claims.. He’s confusing the fact he’s universally unpopular, hence not one out of 649 MPs supporting his motion to ban the Burka, with discrimination 🙄 Oh why are the Far Right such a bunch of utter snowflakes❓🤷🏼‍♂️

Long whinging whining post by Rupert Lowe that honestly you don’t need to hear.. it’s so pathetic I won’t waste part of my life paraphrasing it.. it’s such utter bollox

Mel Brooks produced The Elephant Man: this was his response to Paramount’s demand for changes "We are involved in a business venture. We screened the film for you, to bring you up to date as to the status of that venture. Do not misconstrue this as our soliciting the input of raging primitives."

Holiday question: we’re planning to go west (Cornwall/Wales) for 10 days, second half of August. Any suggestions? Any favourite beach we shouldn’t miss? Any natural beauty spots you recommend? Do we need a car? #WeekendSingles

Viktor Orban banned pride events in Hungary, the people took it as a challenge and just had the largest pride march in their country's history.

"The new Berlin" @stockportcouncil.bsky.social The committee that dreamt this phrase up is on the money. It's main 20C legacy an ugly hostile wall of concrete land-grab dividing it in two. And one day perhaps we also will come to our senses and remove it.

Do they really think they can scare us with the word “socialist” when they are literally sending out men in masks with no warrants and no badges to disappear people off American streets? I know what I’m scared of, and it’s not a socialist.

Nachts.
