It has been 11 years since I don't practice capoeira but have found Jongo as a substitute for nourishment. ℹ️ Jongo is a rhythm and circle dance created by slaved people from Africa working in sugar cane and coffee plantations in southeast Brazil. #jongo #capoeira #culturapopular #brasil #brazil

Today I came across an #amphisbaenia (a.k.a. worm lizard). Its common name in Brazil is *double-headed snake* because the tail resembles another head. When threatened it raises both head and tail to confuse the predator. #biology #lizard #snake

@zahntron Hopefully we'll get GPU acceleration improvements in the next major release, 26.04, due in April. Btw, we have a Kdenlive group in Matrix, if you'd like to join: #kdenlive:kde.org

If you're a #screenwriter #contentcreator or #filmmaker and you use #Fountain syntax for distraction-free writing this might be for you. I too like getting my first #draft this way but the long list of #monochrome text makes it hard to quickly skim scenes […] [Original post on mastodon.social]

One of the things I plan to do this year is more #audio and #video experiments. Connect more with my artistic roots. Oddly enough, lot's of my recent audio experiments have been done in #Kdenlive but I plan to test new programs like: Sound Thread github.com/j-p-higgins/SoundThread […]

$Parodie du mème de la série "Invincible". En arrière-plan on voit un data center engloutir de grandes quantités de carburant et d'eau, envoyant des colonnes de fumée dans l'atmosphère. Au premier plan, Miyazaki prononce la phrase du mème original: "Look what they need to mimic just a fraction of our power", tandis que Boulet répond un peu tristement: "I still wish they'd fuck off".$

If you're not on Wayland make sure to install plasma-x11-session to avoid hiccups when upgrading to Plasma 6.4. One of my machines is a very old i7 from around 2012 running #nvidia 4xx driver that can't run #wayland. #kde #plasma #archlinux #linux #tips #permacomputing
