It has been 11 years since I don't practice capoeira but have found Jongo as a substitute for nourishment. ℹ️ Jongo is a rhythm and circle dance created by slaved people from Africa working in sugar cane and coffee plantations in southeast Brazil. #jongo #capoeira #culturapopular #brasil #brazil

Today I came across an #amphisbaenia (a.k.a. worm lizard). Its common name in Brazil is *double-headed snake* because the tail resembles another head. When threatened it raises both head and tail to confuse the predator. #biology #lizard #snake

Sunday improvisations. It is fun to work in theater projects. Although challenging sometimes the creative freedom makes up for anything! And yes, vertical editing. 😅 #kdenlive #improvisation #videoediting

If you're not on Wayland make sure to install plasma-x11-session to avoid hiccups when upgrading to Plasma 6.4. One of my machines is a very old i7 from around 2012 running #nvidia 4xx driver that can't run #wayland. #kde #plasma #archlinux #linux #tips #permacomputing

The Cerrado (tropical savannah) has basically two seasons: wet and dry. It's been raining non-stop for about a week. I miss the dry season. I will come back in some months to complain about the dry season. 😬 #cerrado

A lot of fog, one can barely see the soil of the field.

Second coral snake I capture this year. Intuition always playing a role in this, makes me be in the right place at the right time. Luckily it ended up being a Oxyropus Guibei, which is harmless. Tomorrow I'll release it in a nature reserve. #coral #snake
